Passenger Killed in Car Accident on Ager Beswick Road Near Little Bogus Creek Sunday
Siskiyou, CA (May 17, 2021) – One person died following a rollover car crash on Ager Beswick Road Sunday evening, the KRCRTV News reported.
Preliminary investigation revealed 33-year-old Joshua Justice was behind the wheel of a vehicle traveling east on Ager Beswick Road. When the vehicle approached the area near Little Bogus Creek Road, the driver drifted off the traffic lanes.
According to the article published online, Joshua Justice overcorrected and eventually lost control of the vehicle. As a result, the car overturned multiple times before coming to a rest.
Our sources mentioned the force from the impact ejected a 54-year-old male passenger. Responding medical personnel sadly pronounced the man dead at the scene. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Meanwhile, investigators learned that Joshua Justice was intoxicated at the time of the horrible crash. Police officer immediately arrested the driver for DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
