FALLBROOK, Calif. (July 20, 2023) — A 43-year-old man was struck and killed Monday night in a Fallbrook crash on the Interstate 15 Freeway as he exited his overturned pickup truck.
The collision occurred around 9:35 p.m. on July 20th, just north of State Route 76, according to the California Highway Patrol.
