Police Pursuit Ends in Deadly Crash at Fountain Valley Intersection
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. (Dec. 3, 2024) — A fatal police pursuit crash happened Monday night at Ellis Avenue and Magnolia Street in Fountain Valley.
One person is dead and four others were injured in the collision around 10 p.m. on Dec. 2nd, according to KTLA News.

Police were pursuing the suspect’s pickup truck when it collided during the high-speed chase with a white BMW SUV. The truck overturned onto its side and the BMW had major damage.
Paramedics from the Fountain Valley Fire Department responded and confirmed one person dead and rushed four others to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
The driver of the BMW died and the person’s passengers were the ones injured, according to Fox 11 News.
Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck was arrested on multiple charges.
Investigators are working on the case and the identity of the person who died will be released, pending notification of their next of kin.
