Man Struck, Killed on Orangethorpe Avenue, Near Harbor Boulevard

 Fatal Fullerton Hit-and-run Pedestrian Accident Orangethorpe Avenue FULLERTON, Calif. (July 8, 2021) — A fatal Fullerton hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened early Thursday morning on Orangethorpe Avenue.

UPDATE: Katya Gladys Garcia-Ayala, 24, of Tustin, is arrested for hit-and-run.

The crash happened just east of Harbor Boulevard when a motorist struck a man and fled the scene, according to the Fullerton Police Department.

Fullerton Pedestrian Accident

Fullerton police are searching for the suspect who fled, but have not released any details about the driver or vehicle involved.

Meanwhile, the victim suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The Orange County Sheriff Coroner will release the man’s name after relatives are notified.
