Person Killed in Crash on San Diego (405) Freeway
GARDENA, Calif. (Oct. 1, 2021) – A fatal Gardena crash on the Interstate 405 Freeway happened early Friday morning.
One person was killed in the collision on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway.
The traffic accident happened about 4:30 a.m. near Western Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

It’s unknown at this time how many motorists collided in the Gardena crash.
Also, the identity of the person who died is unknow and will be released after family members are notified.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
