Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Normandie Avenue
GARDENA, Calif. (Jan. 30, 2024) – A fatal motorcycle accident happened Saturday night on Normandie Avenue in Gardena.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at around 8:25 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27th in the 14500 block of Normandie Avenue, according to the Gardena Police Department.
The motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Normandie when another motorist made a left-hand turn in front of the bike and the two vehicles collided. The rider went down in the roadway and sustained major injuries.
Paramedics rushed him to a hospital for treatment, but he later died from his injuries, police said.
