IRVINE, California (October 21, 2016) — Police are investigating what caused a crash that killed a 22-year-old man riding a motorcycle Thursday night on Truman Street, just north of Roosevelt, according to the Irvine Police Department.
The motorcyclist collided with a car about 7 p.m. last night. Paramedics responded to the scene and administered CPR to the gravely injured man at the scene before he was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. He died of his injuries at the hospital a short time later.
The 45-year-old woman driving the vehicle that collided with the bike remained at the scene and there were no other injuries.
