Motorcyclist Dead in Lancaster After Collision with Vehicle

 Fatal Lancaster Motorcycle Accident 10th Street West near Avenue KLANCASTER, Calif. (July 20, 2021) – A fatal Lancaster motorcycle accident happened Monday night in the 43500 block of 10th Street.

The motorcyclist died last night in the collision with a vehicle near Avenue K in Lancaster, authorities said.

Someone called 911 about 9:45 p.m. on Monday, July 19th. Police arrived on scene where they located the motorcyclist down and another vehicle stopped at the entrance of a Target store, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department‘s Lancaster station.

Sadly, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Investigators stated that the driver of the other vehicle turned left in front of the motorcyclist. The rider was unable to avoid hitting the side of the vehicle. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle stopped and cooperated with sheriff’s deputies.

Additionally, police did not provide a description of the vehicle at this time. However, the driver did not report being injured in the fatal Lancaster motorcycle accident.

Also, investigators seek to determine fault for the deadly motorcycle accident.
