One Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 138
LLANO, Calif. (Feb. 13, 2023) – A fatal Llano crash happened early Monday when a motorist crashed into a stalled vehicle on the Antelope (138) Highway in the Antelope Valley.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 1:13 a.m. on Feb. 13th in the eastbound lanes of the Antelope Highway, just west of the Pearblossom (18) Highway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
A driver in a red sedan reportedly crashed into the stalled green SUV vehicle, causing one person to be ejected as the vehicle overturned.
One of the people involved in the crash was identified as Ricardo Diaz, 45, of Palmdale.
There was no further information about the case.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Llano crash on Highway 138.
