Pedestrian Killed in Long Beach Crash

LONG BEACH, Calif. (Dec. 13, 2023) – A fatal pedestrian accident happened early Wednesday morning at Seventh Street and Pepper Tree Lane in Long Beach.

The traffic accident occurred at about 5 a.m. on Dec. 13th at the Long Beach intersection, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

It’s unknown what led up to the collision at this time and the person’s age, gender and identity were not released pending notification of their family.

Meanwhile, the driver involved in the collision stopped and is cooperating with the Long Beach police investigation, MyNewsLA reports.

The cause of the crash and liability remain under investigation.
