Fatal Merced Crash East 21st Street and Glen Avenue

One Killed in Crash at Merced Intersection

MERCED, Calif. (Oct. 13, 2023) – A fatal crash happened Thursday night at East 21st Street and Glen Avenue in Merced.

The traffic accident occurred at around 6 p.m. on Oct. 12th, according to the Merced Police Department.

Merced police responded to the traffic accident involving an unknown number of vehicles, according to Your Central Valley news.

One person sustained major injuries and died at the scene.

The victim’s name, age and gender are unknown at this time and their name will be released after relatives are notified.

The Merced Police Department is heading up the investigation. It’s unknown at this time if drugs and or alcohol were factors in the crash on East 21st Street in Merced.
