Isaac Piza, 25, Keiana Bridgeforth, 50, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Car Accident
MORENO VALLEY, Calif. (Feb. 8, 2024) — Keiana Bridgeforth, 50, of Menifee, and Isaac Piza, 25, of San Bernardino, both died in a multi-vehicle fatal crash at Kitching Street and Cactus Avenue in Moreno Valley.
The deadly, 3-vehicle crash occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5th, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Bureau.
Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station sent deputies to the scene of a collision between a white Dodge Ram, a gray Dodge Ram and a black Lexus.
3-Vehicle Fatal Car Accident in Moreno Valley
Isaac Piza was behind the wheel of the grey Dodge Ram pickup truck that was one of the three vehicles involved in the collision. The truck reportedly fell into a flooded channel and the driver was swept away with the rushing water. Some bystanders rescued a passenger from the pickup truck and Cal Fire/Riverside County’s Swift Water Rescue Team later located the driver near the Ramona Expressway. He died on scene at around 11:52 p.m.
Keiana Bridgeforth also died in the crash and two others were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, according to an article in The Patch.
The driver in the Lexus reportedly died at the scene.
The fatal Moreno Valley crash remains under investigation by the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Reconstruction Team.
