Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on State Route 41
MADERA, Calif. (July 10, 2023) — A fatal motorcycle accident happened Sunday on Highway 41 at Avenue 12 in Madera.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 2:27 p.m. on July 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a dark-colored sedan collided with the motorcyclist due to unknown circumstances.
The rider was found bleeding from his head in the roadway and authorities found the car with rear-end damage.
Paramedics responded to the scene to transport the injured rider, but it appears the person may have died at the hospital based on the CHP dispatch report.
Tow trucks removed the two vehicles for evidence.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the fatal motorcycle accident on Highway 41.
