Motorcyclist Killed in Sonoma County Car Accident
SONOMA COUNTY, Calif. (Oct. 30, 2024) — A fatal motorcycle versus truck accident happened Wednesday morning at Old Redwood Highway and East Railroad Avenue in Sonoma County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred near 9483 Old Redwood Highway around 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 30th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist and a white work truck collided and were blocking traffic in both directions.
Paramedics responded to the scene, but before they arrived 911 dispatchers gave CPR instructions to someone at the scene.
Unfortunately, despite efforts to save the person’s life, they died at the scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on Old Redwood Highway.
