
Motorcyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash
NORTH HILLS, Calif. (Nov. 10, 2023) – A fatal North Hills motorcycle accident happened Thursday night on Woodley Avenue between Parthenia Street and Roscoe Boulevard.
The deadly, hit-and-run collision occurred at around 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 9th in the 8600 block of Woodley Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene after someone called 911 to report a motorcyclist down in the roadway with severe injuries.
There is no description of the suspect or their vehicle at this time.
Police obtained surveillance footage showing the rider on a Harley Davidson making a left turn from a strip mall parking lot before the collision, KTLA 5 News reports. A driver in a white sedan traveling at high speed struck the victim and fled the scene without stopping to help him.
Police closed down Woodley Avenue and Napa Street to conduct an investigation.
