Man Struck by vehicle, Killed, in Jefferson Park

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Jan. 2, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian accident happened on New Year’s Day along on Arlington Avenue in the Jefferson Park area of Los Angeles.

The deadly crash happened at around 11:24 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 1st in front of 2620 Arlington Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A driver reportedly struck the man in his 50s in the roadway due to unknown circumstances, MyNewsLA reports. The victim went down and died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle involved in the collision stopped and cooperated with the LAPD traffic investigation.
