Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Van Nuys
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian accident happened Wednesday night on Burbank Boulevard and Hazeltine Avenue in Van Nuys.
Police reported the crash at 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 18th, according to MyNewsLA.
The Los Angeles Police Department sent officers to the scene of the crash and located the victim down in the roadway.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Fire Department came and pronounced the person dead on scene.
Witnesses said the driver was headed westbound on Burbank Boulevard when the driver struck the victim who was in the roadway, police said.
The driver stopped their vehicle and cooperated with the police investigation.
