Deadly Crash on I-210 Freeway in Irwindale
IRWINDALE, Calif. (Oct. 2, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened Tuesday night on the Interstate 210 Freeway, Near Irwindale Avenue in Irwindale.
The traffic fatality occurred in the westbound lanes of the I-210 Freeway at around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A driver struck the victim near the carpool and left lanes of the freeway. Police closed down this portion of the freeway to conduct an investigation into what happened and determine fault.
At this time, it’s unknown what caused the crash on the freeway.
