Highway 175 Fatal Traffic Accident Investigation
There are many unanswered questions, but police investigators are piecing together evidence to determine liability. Factors they will consider include whether the vehicle was speeding or violating any traffic laws. A check into whether drugs or alcohol played a role or distracted driving. Any reckless disregard of other people or motorists may be grounds for a criminal conviction. A surviving family may also have grounds for a wrongful death lawsuit.
