Pedestrian Struck and Killed Near City Hall Park in Brea

BREA, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2026) – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian Tuesday night in a traffic accident at Brea Boulevard and Elm Street in Brea.

Detectives are investigating the collision, reported around 11:50 p.m. on Oct. 20th near City Hall Park, according to news reports.

The victim was reportedly using a walker to cross the Brea intersection at the time of the crash.

The report did not mention if the driver stopped following the collision, however, an investigation by the Brea Police Department into what happened is ongoing.
