One Killed in Car Accident on Lincoln Avenue On-Ramp to State Route 57
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 26, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened Monday morning on the Lincoln Avenue on ramp to the northbound Orange 57 Freeway in Anaheim.
The deadly crash occurred at around 12:24 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Pedestrian Struck, Killed in Anaheim Car Accident
CHP officials reported a driver in a black Nissan Sentra struck the victim and pulled over to the right shoulder of the freeway, according to the report and MyNewsLA.
Paramedics responded and located the pedestrian unconscious in the No. 2 lane of the roadway, but the person later succumbed to their injuries. The victim’s age, gender and identity were not released.
Traffic investigators are working to determine fault for the fatal pedestrian accident in Anaheim.
