Man Killed in Three-Vehicle Collision in Pomona
POMONA, Calif. (August 15, 2022) – A fatal Pomona crash at Bonita Avenue and Towne Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
The 3-vehicle collision occurred about 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, August 13th, according to the Pomona Police Department.
A man driving one of the vehicles was found unresponsive following the collision. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the injured man to a local hospital, but sadly he died at the hospital.
Investigators are piecing together what led up to the multi-vehicle crash, but so far drugs and/or alcohol do not appear to be factors.
Meanwhile, authorities did not release the name of the man who died and did not mention if others suffered injuries in the Pomona crash.
