Woman Killed, 2 Children Injured in Pomona Car Accident
POMONA, Calif. (Oct. 4, 2023) — A fatal multi-vehicle Pomona crash happened on the Interstate 10 Freeway at Fairplex Drive.
The collision occurred on the westbound I-10 Freeway around 12:32 a.m. on Oct. 4th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported one of the vehicles overturned during the collision. A woman and two children ages 3 and 5 years old were in the vehicle. The woman died at the scene, but the two children survived with injuries. Paramedics transported them both to a hospital with undisclosed injuries, but they are expected to survive.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Pomona crash on the 10 Freeway.
