The crash took place about 7 p.m. between two vehicles. The drivers of a white Honda Accord and a white Toyota were involved. The Tulare County Fire Department responded to the scene after there were complaints of pain and minor injuries, but later the collision was classified as a fatality. The cause of the crash and liability is under investigation by police.
