Pedestrian Killed in Collision at Lugonia and Washington in Redlands
REDLANDS, Calif. (August 4, 2025) — A 67-year-old woman was killed Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle at a Redlands intersection, authorities said.
According to the Redlands Police Department, officers were dispatched at 9:23 a.m. to the intersection of Lugonia Avenue and Washington Avenue for reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian.
The woman, whose name is being withheld pending positive identification and notification of family, was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 9:56 a.m.
Police have not released details about the driver involved or the circumstances leading to the collision.
