Deadly Crash at Rialto Intersection
RIALTO, Calif. (July 25, 2023) — A fatal Rialto pedestrian accident happened Thursday night at Cedar Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.
The deadly crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 20th, according to the Rialto Police Department and the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
Police officers responded to the Rialto intersection and found a severely-injured pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle.
Paramedics transported the person to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where they were later pronounced deceased in the emergency department at 12:05 a.m. the next morning, the report said.
Authorities did not release the victim’s name at this time.
Witnesses may contact the Rialto Police Department. The fatal Rialto pedestrian accident remains under investigation.
