RIALTO, Calif. (June 26, 2023) — A 14-year-old Rialto boy was struck and killed Sunday night in a pedestrian accident at Riverside Avenue and Walnut Avenue in Rialto.
The fatal crash occurred around 9 p.m. on June 25, 2023, according to the Rialto Police Department.
Jordyn Hicks, 14, of Rialto, was struck by a vehicle due to unknown circumstances. Paramedics esponded and rushed her to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
He was pronounced deceased at9:28 p.m., according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The case remains under investigation by the Riverside Police Department.
