Deadly Rollover Crash on Telegraph Road (SR-126)
FILLMORE, Calif. (May 13, 2022) — A fatal Fillmore rollover crash happened Friday morning on State Route Highway 126 also known as Telegraph Road.
The solo-vehicle crash occurred about 3:36 a.m. on May 13th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A driver in a black Mercedes C-Class sedan crashed and overturned due to unknown circumstances.
CHP officials reported the eastbound lanes of the roadway were blocked, just east of Rancho Camulos Museum.
Also, police called the Ventura County Fire Department to responded, but someone died at the scene. Police did not say how many people were inside the vehicle at the time of the collision. The name of the victim or victims will be released after family members are notified.
Finally, investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash and liability.
