1 Killed, 1 Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (Sept. 6, 2023) — One motorcyclist is dead and another motorcycle rider was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in an accident involving an SUV on Sunrise Avenue in Roseville.
The three-vehicle collision occurred at an undisclosed time on Sept. 5th.
A driver in a light-colored Ford Bronco collided with both motorcycles due to unknown circumstances.
The Roseville Police Department responded to the crash scene in the northbound lanes of Sunrise Avenue and located one man deceased on scene. Paramedics rushed the second motorcyclist to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The roadway was closed down between Cirby and Coloma for roughly five hours for the investigation.
Two tow trucks removed the damaged motorcycles and the Ford Bronco from the intersection.
The investigation into liability for the motorcycle accident on Sunrise Avenue is ongoing.
