Fatal Sacramento Pedestrian Accident North B Street and Dos Rios Street
Woman Struck, Killed at Sacramento Intersection
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2025) — A fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened Wednesday night at North B Street and Dos Rios Street in Sacramento.
The Sacramento Police Department reported the collision around 8 p.m. on Feb. 19th, according to Fox 40 News.
The unidentified woman was struck by a motorist while walking along North B Street, but the driver fled without stopping to help her.
Meanwhile, police officers and paramedics responded to the scene and located a woman in the roadway with fatal injuries.
Authorities reported they stopped the suspect’s vehicle near 5th and I Streets and detained the driver, but there are no further details.
