Man Killed in Collision Between Big Rig and SUV in San Dimas
SAN DIMAS, Calif. (June 6, 2022) – One man is dead following a collision between a big rig and an SUV on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway in San Dimas.
The deadly crash occurred about 2:55 a.m. on June 6th in the eastbound lanes of the San Bernardino Freeway at Via Verde Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Paramedics responded to the scene, but sadly one man died. It’s unknown if any others involved suffered injuries in the San Dimas crash on the 10 Freeway.
The big rig tanker truck was hauling about 80,000 pounds of gasoline. The CHP report stated that none of the fuel was leaking.
Authorities issued a SigAlert at 3:13 a.m. for the eastbound Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 lanes, but the HOV and No. 1 lanes remained open to traffic .
There are no further details about the San Dimas crash at this time.
