The traffic accident occurred around 12:50 a.m. on Thursday, June 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
An 18-year-old man in a Dodge Caliber, along with a female passenger, was traveling northbound on the Interstate 880 Freeway. He lost control of the vehicle just north of the Montague Expressway.
