Motorcyclist Killed in Car Accident in San Jose
SAN JOSE, Calif. (July 12, 2024) – A fatal San Jose motorcycle accident happened Thursday afternoon at Winfield Boulevard and Furlong Drive.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 4 p.m. on July 12th, according to CBS News.
San Jose police responded to the fatality crash involving a motorcyclist and another vehicle in this South San Jose neighborhood. It’s unknown what led up to the crash, but there is a stop sign at Furlong Drive for traffic entering Winfield Boulevard.
Paramedics responded and the motorcyclist was pronounced dead the scene. The person’s name, age and gender has not been released.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on Winfield Boulevard. The crash became the 24th fatal collision in San Jose so far this year.
