EAST SAN JOSE, Calif. (June 12, 2023) — A fatal San Jose pedestrian accident happened Monday morning at McKee Road and Jackson Avenue.
The San Jose Police Department responded to the scene and located a man suffering major injuries from being struck by a vehicle in westbound lanes, KRON 4 News reports.
Despite efforts to save his life, the man died at the scene.
Police closed down McKee Road between Capitol and Jackson avenues to conduct an investigation into what happened and determine fault.
The case remains under investigation.
