Deadly Crash at Quimby and White Roads
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2023) — A fatal San Jose pedestrian accident at Quimby Road and South White Road happened Saturday night in the Evergreen neighborhood.
The deadly crash occurred just before 8 p.m. on Sept. 16th, according to the San Jose Police Department.
This was the 25th pedestrian death in San Jose to date in 2023 and the 35th traffic fatality, according to the Mercury News.
A driver struck the victim in the roadway, but it’s unknown what the circumstances were leading to the collision at this time.
The San Jose Police Department is heading up the investigation.
