Man Struck, Killed on Todd Road in Santa Rosa
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2022) — A fatal Santa Rosa pedestrian accident early Monday morning on Todd Road in Sonoma County.
A driver in a box truck struck a man in the roadway about 5:49 a.m. on Sept. 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One driver swerved to avoid hitting the victim, but the truck and another motorist ran over the victim.
Meanwhile, at least one of the motorist pulled over on the right shoulder following the crash.
Authorities responded to the scene of the crash, but sadly the man died at the scene.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Santa Rosa crash.
