Pedestrian Struck, Killed on Stony Point Road
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Nov. 28, 2022) — A fatal Santa Rosa pedestrian accident happened early Monday morning at Stony Point Road and Wilfred Avenue.
The collision occurred on Stony Point Road about 5:33 a.m. on Nov. 28th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A driver in a work truck struck the pedestrian under unknown circumstances.
Police responded and closed down both sides of Stony Point Road due to the accident.
Paramedics came to help the victim, but sadly the person died at the scene. The person’s age, gender and identity will be released after relatives are notified.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Santa Rosa pedestrian accident on Stony Point Road.
