
Rollover Collision on State Route 4
STOCKTON, Calif. (July 10, 2023) — A fatal rollover crash in Stockton happened Monday afternoon on Highway 4, just west of Jack Tone Road.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the westbound lanes around 12:44 p.m. on July 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a white Ford van overturned in a collision with a black 4-door sedan. The vehicles were blocking both the eastbound and westbound lanes of State Route Highway 4, the report said.
Paramedics responded and located at least one person deceased at the scene. The report does not mention how many were hurt in the collision.
Meanwhile, two tow trucks came to removed the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Stockton crash on Highway 4.
