Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash Near Brite Lake in Tehachapi
TEHACHAPI, Calif. (Sept. 8, 2022) — A fatal Tehachapi crash happened Thursday afternoon at Creekside Drive and Banducci Road between two motorists.
The collision occurred about 1:50 p.m. on Sept. 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a gray Toyota Corolla sedan and a white Audi A4 collided at the intersection. CHP officers stated in the report that the Toyota allegedly came around the corner “too quickly and crashed into the other vehicle.” It’s unknown which motorist had the right-of-way at this time.
At least one person died in the collision, but there are no further details at this time.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault.
