Deadly, 2-Vehicle Car Accident
TEHACHAPI, Calif. (June 29, 2023) — A fatal head-on crash in Tehachapi happened Thursday afternoon on Highline Road at South Curry Street in Kern County.
The Two-vehicle collision occurred around 1:55 p.m. on June 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a truck pulling a trailer and a sedan were involved. One of the motorists veered into the path of the other one, but there are no further details.
At least one person died in the crash, but the report did not say how many or identity anyone at this time.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Tehachapi crash on Highline Road.
