Woman Killed in Crash on West 11th Street in Tracy
TRACY, Calif. (May 28, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened early Tuesday morning at West 11th Street and Cabe Road in Tracy.
The deadly crash occurred at around 1:10 a.m. on May 28th, just west of Cabe Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A woman was reportedly walking on the shoulder of the roadway and allegedly stepped into the path of the motorist.
CHP officials reported the Stockton Fire Department responded to the scene and located the adult female pedestrian down in the roadway with fatal injuries.
Meanwhile, the 70-year-old Newman resident driving the white Ford pickup truck stopped at the scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Tracy pedestrian accident on 11th Street.
