Fatal Victorville Bicycle Accident Mojave Drive, Village Drive

Manuel Rivera, 45, Struck and Killed on Mojave Drive

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (Nov. 6, 2024) — Manuel Rivera, 45, of Victorville, was struck and killed in a bicycle accident Saturday night on Mojave Drive in Victorville.

The traffic accident occurred around 6:23 p.m. on November 2nd, near Village Drive, according to a news report by the Victor Valley News Group.

Manuel Rivera was riding a bicycle when for unknown reasons he was hit by a GMC Sierra pickup truck.

The Victorville man suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital where he later died.

Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck stopped and cooperated with authorities and the investigation.

The Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team is working to determine fault for the bicycle accident on Mojave Drive.
