2 Killed, 1 Injured in Victorville Crash on Bear Valley Road
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (Nov. 21, 2022) — Two people died in a head-on Victorville crash on Bear Valley Road near Mesa Linda Street and Eagle Ranch Parkway.
A third person was airlifted to a hospital with major injuries after the traffic accident around 12:26 a.m. on Nov. 21st in Victorville.
The drivers of a white 2015 Buick Verano and a silver 2007 Subaru Impreza are involved. The Buick was traveling with a passenger eastbound on Bear Valley Road and the Subaru was traveling westbound.
Authorities believe the Buick veered into westbound lanes before it crashed head-on with the Subaru.
Victorville City Fire sent firefighters and paramedics to the scene where they located two vehicles with major damage. One person was trapped inside the Buick and there was a small fire.
Sadly, both of the drivers suffered fatal injuries at the scene, but the third person survived. Mercy Air 22 landed on Bear Valley Road and transported a 62-year-old man who was a passenger in the Buick to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Finally, police closed down Bear Valley Road for several hours to conduct the investigation.
