2-Vehicle Fatal Car Accident on Palm Avenue in Wasco
WASCO, Calif. (Dec. 14, 2021) — A fatal Wasco crash at Palm Avenue and Taussig Avenue happened Tuesday morning between a pickup truck and a Honda Accord.
The deadly collision occurred about 5:55 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the black Chevrolet pickup truck and the silver Honda Accord collided due to unknown circumstances.
The vehicles blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of Palm Avenue, just south of Taussig following the crash, police said. Paramedics responded due to major injuries, but sadly at least one person died at the scene. The CHP report did not mention how many people from the vehicles suffered injuries.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the vehicles from the crash scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the fatal Wasco crash on Palm Avenue.
