Fatal Westminster Crash Newland Street and McFadden Avenue

Driver Killed in three-vehicle Westminster Car Accident

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (April 29, 2026) – One person is dead after a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning at Newland Street and McFadden Avenue in Westminster, authorities said.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28th at the Westminster intersection, according to the Westminster Police Department.

Paramedics responded and pronounced one of the drivers dead at the scene and two others were transported to a hospital with unknown injuries, police said.

Detectives are working to determine fault for the Westminster crash on Newland Street.
