Buena Park Man, 22, Driving FedEx Delivery Truck Arrested on DUI Charges
ANAHEIM, Calif. (Dec. 20, 2024) — A FedEx driver in a truck allegedly caused a four-vehicle crash Thursday night on Euclid Avenue in Anaheim.
The 22-year-old Buena Park man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following the collision at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 19th, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
It happened in the northbound lanes of Euclid Avenue at Crescent Avenue near Anaheim Plaza, police said.
The FedEx truck allegedly sideswiped a car before rear-ending a minivan. The minivan also collided with another motorist in front of it, authorities said.
Police and paramedics responded to the scene and determined the truck driver was likely under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
Paramedics took three people to a hospital including the truck driver, a passenger from the minivan with minor injuries, and a third person.
