Man, 22, Badly Injured in Felton Car Accident on Mt. Hermon Road
FELTON (January 11, 2019) – A passenger was badly injured after an alleged DUi hit-and-run crash along Mt. Hermon Road Wednesday morning, according to The Mercury News.
The accident took place on January 9 at about 8:40 a.m., east of Graham Hill Road.
As per the article, California Highway Patrol said 19-year-old Cameron Reed was driving a 1997 Toyota RAV4 when he lost control of the car and then slammed into a tree beside Mount Hermon.

The passenger, a 22-year-old Mountain View man, was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center to be treated for unspecified injuries. His name and condition at this time remained unknown.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that Reed fled on foot and abandoned his vehicle following the collision. He was found changing his clothes behind a nearby CVS pharmacy and ultimately arrested.
The suspect, who was also hospitalized, was believed to be under the influence of drugs at the time of the wreck. He is facing charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, both felonies.
