Liability for Electrocution
Losing a loved one suddenly in an electrocution due to downed power lines is devastating for any family to endure. It is especially difficult when it is a preventable situation such as poorly maintained electrical lines. The loss is immeasurable. The aging power grid has been the cause of numerous serious injuries and deaths throughout California. If this should happen, Southern California Edison may be held responsible for the injuries or the death of a loved one due to poor maintenance and neglect.
