Fiery Crash I-605 Freeway, Valley Boulevard in Avocado Heights

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. (June 12, 2025) — A multi-vehicle crash happened Thursday morning on the I-605 Freeway at Valley Boulevard in the Avocado Heights area of Los Angeles County.

Roughly five vehicles were involved in the collision on northbound I-605 around 7:54 a.m. on June 12th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported two vehicles, including a white Toyota sedan caught on fire in the fast lane

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help those injured in the crash, but there are no further details.

Finally, the collision remains under investigation.
