FILLMORE (July 5, 2016)- According to the Ventura County Star, Audrey Gutman, 52, of Leona Valley, has been identified as the woman killed in an early morning collision Tuesday on Telegraph Road (Highway 126).
At 12:40 a.m., Richard Gutman was the driver of a vehicle accompanied by Audrey Gutman and Thomas Belsheim. For unknown reasons, a truck being driven by Pedro Santiagolemus suddenly pulled out in front of their vehicle triggering a collision.
The crash caused fatal injuries to the 52-year-old Leona Valley woman. She was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Both Richard Gutman and Belsheim were treated at the scene and transported to local area hospitals. Their injuries are described as being minor to moderate.
Santiagolemus was uninjured and did not receive any treatment.
California Highway Patrol- Moorpark officials are handling the investigation.
